The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and preparation, with a focus on creating high-quality baked goods. As a Baker, you will be responsible for crafting a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts while ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional products that delight our customers. Duties Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods including breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies. Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and presentation. Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area in compliance with food safety regulations. Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain high standards of quality. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their inquiries about baked products. Requirements Proven experience in food production or culinary arts, preferably in a bakery or restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Proficiency in using kitchen tools, including knives and baking equipment. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality baked goods. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
