We serves handmade gourmet donuts, coffee, espresso and other sweet treats. 10 hrs a week Weekend only.

Requirements:

• Dedication and commitment to excellence with attention to the details and cleanliness.
• Early morning availability
• Must have weekend and holidays availability
• Servesafe certificate is strongly recommended
• Preferred Dough making knowledge
• Preferred previous pastry and baker experience
• Preferred residence close to Ballantyne area

Responsibilities :

• Accurately fry and decorate donuts
• Bake other bakery items
• Make yeast raised dough, cake dough, vegan dough etc
• Maintain the highest level of cleanliness and organization
• Follow the Servesafe cleaning procedures
• Serve front of the house if necessary
• Attend catering event and deliver if necessary
• Inventory tracking
• Work well in a team format
• Have excellent work ethic and be punctual
• Positive attitude and be willing to continuously learn
• Show initiative in completing all daily task efficiently
• Looking for a long term position that will offer growth potential
