Candidate must possess a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong team player mentality. Must be available Saturday and Sundays to assist head baker. Experience with baking preferred . Duties include proofing, stretching, seeding and baking bagels, and other baked goods. Additional duties are prep work as required, cleaning, FOH backup help. Pay commensurate with experience. Qualifications Baking experience preferred. Food business experience is required. Must be able to calculate numbers of bagels to bake, Knowledge of simple math – adding and subtracting Must be able to multi task. Must be able to lift 30 lbs. Job requires standing all day. Must be reliable and be able to arrive at 4 a.m. on certain days and be available Saturday and Sunday.
