We’re growing and looking for a reliable, hardworking Baker Assistant / FOH to join our crew. Job Summary We’re seeking a motivated and energetic Baker Assistant/FOH to support baking and front-of-house operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role involves assisting with bagels, donuts, and pastries, as well as providing excellent customer service and backup support across all stations. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys early mornings, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a positive, high-energy team. Restaurant experience is required , but baking experience is not — we’ll train the right person.

Schedule Required:

Weekdays:

Two weekday shifts, 4:00 AM

• 11:00 AM (

Baking-focused:

bagels, donuts, pastries)

Saturday:

6:00 AM

• 11:00

AM Sunday:

7:00 AM

• 11:00 AM (Potential 5th FOH shift available based on performance and availability)

Key Responsibilities:

Baking Shifts (2 days/week): Bake, shape, seed, and proof bagels Prepare donuts and a variety of pastries Maintain par levels and bake bagels as needed during shift Monitor and restock bagels and baked goods in the FOH Maintain cleanliness and efficiency in the bake area

Weekend Shifts:

Assist Head Baker with donut production Support FOH stations: grill, schmear, POS, prep Keep FOH and kitchen stocked, clean, and running smoothly Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate customer service Work efficiently under pressure during high-volume periods Qualifications Must have restaurant or food service experience Baking experience is a bonus, but not required Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills Positive attitude and team-player mentality are a must Reliable, punctual, and ready to work early mornings and weekends Ability to lift 25-50 lbs and stand for long periods Why Join Us Competitive hourly pay 401(k) retirement plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible scheduling Morning shifts only
