Your responsibilities will include:
Station Training :
Learn and master all stations, including POS, Schmear, Grill, Baking, and Prep, to become a well-rounded and versatile team member.
Daily Prep Management :
Oversee daily prep needs to ensure we’re always ready to serve our customers with fresh, high-quality treats.
- Supporting the
Team :
Provide backup support to our Manager and Baker, helping to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and a positive customer experience.
Operational Management :
Assist with managing day-to-day operations, including inventory management and cash handling.
Customer Service :
Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
Store Maintenance :
Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment, adhering to our high standards of quality and cleanliness.
Catering Organization:
Coordinate and manage catering orders, ensuring timely preparation, accurate fulfillment, and excellent customer satisfaction.
