Responsibilities Prepare and bake a wide range of donuts, ensuring quality and consistency in taste and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards. Operate kitchen equipment safely, including fryers and ovens, while ensuring proper handling of all ingredients. Assist in inventory management by tracking ingredient supplies and notifying management when restocking is needed. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction with products. Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow during busy periods. Skills Proven experience in the food industry or culinary field is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Proficiency in using kitchen tools such as knives and mixers safely and effectively.
