Position Type:

Part-Time, with potential for Full-Time •

Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake a variety of artisanal baked goods including breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies according to MunchiLove’s recipes and quality standards. Adhere to established baking techniques and procedures to ensure consistency in product quality and taste. Collaborate closely with the bakery team to coordinate baking schedules, production needs, and inventory management. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following sanitation guidelines and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of baked goods to customers. Assist in developing and testing new recipes, as well as refining existing ones, to enhance our product offerings. Support a positive and productive work environment by demonstrating a team-oriented attitude and willingness to assist colleagues as needed. •

Requirements:

Previous experience in a bakery setting, with a strong understanding of baking techniques, ingredient measurements, and equipment operation. Passion for baking and a commitment to producing high-quality, handcrafted baked goods. Willingness to learn and adapt to new baking methods and recipes as introduced by MunchiLove. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively within a team environment. Attention to detail with a focus on maintaining consistent product quality and presentation. Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays, based on production and business needs. •
