Summary
Preparation of all pastry products as trained in accordance to pastry shop standards; assists higher level bakers; other duties as assigned by Chef. Will also have stewarding responsibilities.

Ability to bake cakes, pies, breads with little assistance, as well as decorate

Tentative schedule: M-F, 6:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Pay rate: $15.00/hour
