The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and a love for creating delicious baked goods. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked items, ensuring quality and consistency while adhering to health and safety standards. Your creativity in cake decorating and pastry making will play a vital role in enhancing our offerings. Duties Prepare and bake a wide range of products including bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods. Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes to ensure consistent quality. Decorate cakes and pastries with artistic flair, using various techniques and tools. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace in compliance with health regulations. Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and communicate needs to management. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and improve existing products. Ensure all baked goods meet quality standards before they are served or sold. Requirements Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role within the food industry. Strong knowledge of baking techniques, pastry preparation, and cake decorating. Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, including knives and mixers.
