Primary responsibility is to take excellent care of our customers by satisfying each customer’s needs and exceeding their expectations. This requires a defined level of product knowledge, food preparation skills, sales ability, customer relations skills, and cooperation with fellow associates to help create an incredible place to work and shop. Responsible for preparing baked goods, processing recipes, packaging, and stocking products according to our high quality standards. Also responsible for providing customer service, cleaning work areas, unloading stock, and restocking products according par established par stocks. In this role, you’ll be involved in all parts of the production process. Our menu is consist of pastries, cookies, cupcakes, drop cookies, and custom cakes. We offer a relaxed working environment, room to learn and grow, and a manageable schedule. Responsibilities

• Weigh and measure ingredients
• Mix and blend batters
• Roll, knead, cut, or shape dough to form, pie crusts, tarts, cookies, or other products.
• Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed
• Ice, glaze, and decorate baked goods
• Prepare and maintain inventory
• Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment Qualifications
• 1-2 years of experience of baking, ideally in a commercial kitchen, but serious home bakers will be considered.
• You’re familiar with the process of baking.
• You take pride in making desserts that look as good as they taste.
• You’re enthusiastic and energetic. You’re hungry to learn and grow
• You’re ambitious and a self-starter.
• You work well both independently and as part of a team.
• You’re organized and manage your time well. You also prioritize well.
