Your creativity and attention to detail will play a crucial role in delivering delicious products that delight our customers. Responsibilities Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, breads, cakes, and other baked goods according to established recipes. Decorate cakes and pastries with artistic flair to meet customer specifications. Ensure all food handling practices comply with food safety regulations and standards. Package baked goods for sale or catering orders, ensuring presentation is appealing. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area and equipment. Collaborate with team members to manage inventory and order supplies as needed. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their selections and answering any questions regarding products. Qualifications Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role within the food industry. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Proficiency in baking techniques and cake decorating skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor for effective customer service. Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings or weekends as needed. A passion for baking and creativity in developing new recipes is highly desirable.
