Your role includes greeting guests with “Welcome to Crumbl,” taking and packaging orders, ringing customers up accurately, and answering questions in person or over the phone. Behind the scenes, you’ll be hands-on in the kitchen-mixing dough, baking cookies, and working side by side with teammates to ensure top-notch quality and presentation. You’ll help keep the kitchen clean and organized, restock supplies, fulfill delivery orders quickly, and uphold all safety and sanitation standards. From first shift to last batch, you’ll be part of the crew that brings the Crumbl experience to life. We’re looking for people who bring great energy, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. If you’ve got a customer-first attitude and love staying on the move, you’ll be a natural fit on our team.
