Artisan Baker Agape Gourmet 854 Asbury Ave, Ocean City, NJ 08226 Job Summary We are a seasonal charcuterie market looking for a creative baker to make beautiful and delicious baked goods this summer. We currently make different types of cheesecake using feta, ricotta, goat and gorgonzola cheese. We also make focaccia and cookies. We make everything from scratch and are extremely ingredient conscious. I am looking for someone who is very detail oriented and full of passion. Decorate cakes and other baked goods with artistic flair, ensuring visual appeal. Handle food safely and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen environment. Package finished products for sale while ensuring freshness and presentation. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain workflow efficiency. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, answering questions, and fulfilling special requests. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the highest quality of products.
