Corner Slice 419 Boyden Avenue, Maplewood, NJ 07040 CORNER SLICE is now hiring a BAKER! Our original “New York Square Pie” was named one of the best slices in NYC and is known for its intensely flavorful, light, and crispy crust. We have been called “the best new pizzeria in New York” by Eater and “the single best slice of pizza in New York” by Serious Eats. We have since moved our shop from NYC to Maplewood NJ and opened here 5 months ago. NJ.com has already named us ” New Jersey’s Best New Pizzeria”. We are looking for thoughtful, friendly, and energetic team players who thrive in a positive and professional work environment. Our ideal candidates know how to have fun while they are working and love making other people happy. Previous experience in a similar role is required.
JOB DETAILS
This is a full-time position consistently scheduled 5 shifts and 40+ hours a week. Starting pay is $20-$25 per hour plus tips (roughly $5+ more per hour) We work as a team. All staff are cross-trained to work in the kitchen AND with guests during a shift. You MUST be comfortable with this.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Full-time and open availability is required to be hired (including weekends and some holidays). Must be eligible for work in the US with valid
