Morning Baker Position Available In Dutchess, New York

Morning Baker Katie Rose Bakery 107 Route 376, Hopewell Junction, NY 12533 We are looking for a Morning Baker to help prepare and bake-off a variety of desserts, pastries or other sweet goods. Morning baking shift starts at 5AM. Ideal candidate will have prior experience in a bakery and be knowledgeable in food safety and sanitation. Basic cake decorating experience is a plus, but not required. Responsibilities Morning Bake Off- In the morning you will be responsible for completion of the daily bake off list. Prepare and bake a wide variety of goods such as cookies, pies, pastries, and cakes. Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting Maintain a lean and orderly station and adhere to health and safety standards Skills Great attention to detail and creativity Organized Individual Basic knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and baking techniques. Working knowledge of baking with ingredient limitations (pastries that are gluten free, sugarless etc.)
