Overnight Baker The Market in the Square is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our Bakery department as an Overnight Baker.

Responsibilities:

+ Produce various baked goods by following set recipes and department standards + Mix, measure, cut, roll, press, proof, bake, fry, fill and frost bakery products as necessary + Maintain clean, safe and sanitary bakery area and equipment + Ensure stocking and rotation of all bakery products and supplies + Utilize equipment, such as ovens, mixers, sheeters, fryers, scales, slicers and wrappers

+ Previous baking experience is preferred + Willingness to learn new skills and techniques + Attention to detail and commitment to quality + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Physical Requirements:

+ Requires standing, walking, bending, climbing throughout the entire workday + The ability to lift, stack, and maneuver heavy objects weighing up to 50 lbs + Weekend and holiday work will be required; flexible hours

Education and Work Experience:

+ Must be at least 18 years of age
