Responsibilities:

Mixing doughs (bread, brioche, quiche dough, tart dough etc.) Preparing creams for viennoiseries (cinnamon, chocolate creams, almond cream) Laminating dough Shaping dough Organizing freezers, Sweeping Washing mixers and dishes Cleaning workstation

Experience:

Bread baker experience: 1 year (Required) Kitchen experience: 1 year (required)

Certificate:

Food Protection certificate (Preferred)
