The baking assistant is someone who: Is able to multi-task Is able to think ahead Works well in a fast paced environment Provides incredible customer service and answers customer questions in a timely manner Maintains a positive attitude and works effectively as a member of a team Excels in organizing their time and delegates tasks in order of urgency Resolves customer complaints or issues in a professional manner Specific responsibilities: Operate the walk in rotating rack oven Bake fresh cookies throughout the day Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area Assemble cookie orders in our retail boxes Scoop our cookie dough Prepare sheet trays with cookie scoops to be baked on racks Ring up customers and provide excellent customer service
