Collaborate with customers to design custom cakes for special events such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate functions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and communicate needs for restocking. Assist in training junior bakers or apprentices as needed. Skills Proficiency in cake decorating techniques and knowledge of various baking methods. Strong attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics in cake presentation. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
