The ideal candidate will have a background in food production and handling. As a Bagel Baker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and presentation of our products while maintaining high standards of food safety. Duties Prepare and bake a variety of bagels according to established recipes. Mix dough and use an automated bagel roller former to create consistent sized and shaped bagels. Ensure all ingredients are fresh and of high quality. Follow food safety guidelines to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen. Maintain the baking schedules and ensure timely production. Keep the bagel case stocked with fresh bagels. Requirements Preferably experience in food production or as a baker, with knowledge of baking techniques and equipment. Strong food handling skills and understanding of food safety regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. This position requires early morning shifts including weekends. Previous experience as a baker and food preparation is a plus.
