We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Production Assistant to join our bakery team.

Position Overview:

The Production Assistant plays a key role in our daily kitchen operations, supporting the preparation and assembly of our bakery products. This is a hands-on, repetitive task-oriented role that requires precision, consistency, and a strong commitment to food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the daily preparation of pie fillings, dough, and other bakery items according to company recipes and portion standards Perform repetitive tasks such as rolling dough, crimping crusts, weighing ingredients, and packaging finished products Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines Label and store ingredients and products properly Assist with dishwashing, sweeping, and general kitchen upkeep as needed Work efficiently and accurately to meet production goals and timelines Follow instructions from production leads and management, contributing to a collaborative team environment

Qualifications:

Prior kitchen, bakery, or food production experience preferred but not required – we’re willing to train the right candidate Must be comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing for long periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Dependable, punctual, and ready to contribute to a team-oriented workplace Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift
