Required Years of Experience 4 years Job Details We are seeking a skilled and motivated Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in professional baking, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in both team-based and independent settings.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 4 years of experience working in a professional kitchen.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team as well as independently on solo projects.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong attention to detail and a keen sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage production timelines and effectively multitask.
Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
Experience with cake decorating, lamination, and proofing techniques.
Chocolate work experience is a plus.
Weekend and holiday availability is required.
