Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace while adhering to food safety standards. Assist in food production tasks including baking, cooking, and preparing other baked goods as needed. Utilize kitchen tools and equipment safely, including knives and mixers. Participate in catering events by preparing cakes and desserts for off-site functions. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with clients during consultations and ensuring satisfaction with finished products. Requirements Proven experience in cake decorating or pastry arts is preferred. Strong skills in food preparation, cooking, and baking techniques.
