We’re a popular donut shop known for our fresh, handcrafted goodies, and we need someone who can help us keep up with demand, especially during our crucial overnight production. This position is available for both full-time and and part-time candidates, offering a competitive pay of $18-$25 per hour, plus tips , commensurate with your experience. What You’ll Be Doing:

As our Baker, you’ll be responsible for the heart of our operation – creating our delicious donuts and other baked goods.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Precision Baking & Frying:

Accurately weigh and measure ingredients, mix and blend batters, skillfully roll, knead, cut, and shape dough for donuts, pie crusts, tarts, cookies, and granola bars. A crucial part of this role involves operating deep fryers for our delicious donuts.

Oven Mastery:

Set and monitor oven temperatures, making adjustments as needed to ensure perfect baking results.

Artistic Finishing:

Expertly ice, glaze, and decorate donuts and other baked goods, ensuring they look as good as they taste.

Inventory & Organization:

Prepare and maintain inventory of ingredients and finished products.

Cleanliness & Safety:

Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation and equipment, adhering to all food safety standards.

Exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of baking and frying, from measuring to decorating.

Baking Experience:

Prior experience as a Baker is a significant plus (2 years preferred), or a Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts.

Early Bird:

Comfortable with early morning shifts; many shifts begin as early as 2:00 AM.
