What You’ll Do:
Prep ingredients and scale dough Shape biscotti loaves by hand Bake, slice, and pack biscotti Wash baking tools, sweep/mop floors, and take out garbage Help keep our kitchen clean and organized Occasionally assist on weekends during peak production Principals only.
