Mixer Warehouse Store 1 2nd Avenue, Central Islip, NY 11722 Summary As a Bench Baker, you will play a key role in the preparation and production of high-quality baked goods in our bakery warehouse. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, your core responsibilities will include scaling ingredients, shaping and preparing dough at the workbench, and ensuring consistency in the appearance and quality of all products. Qualifications Previous experience in a commercial bakery or food production facility Strong attention to detail for consistent product quality Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Familiarity with food safety standards and proper dough handling Basic knowledge of scaling, shaping, and proofing techniques Team-oriented with good communication and time-management skills
