Sanitation & Receiving Specialist (Mission Point) Cross Keys Village – The Brethren Home Community (CKV) is currently seeking Sanitation and Receiving Specialist to become a part of our Dining team to provide our residents with a dignified dining experience. Full-time Benefits Eligible Position:
working 37.5 hours per week Monday through Friday 5:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. occasional weekends and rotating holidays are required.

Job Description:
As a Sanitation and Receiving Specialist, your scope of responsibilities will include but is not limited to: Receiving food, beverage, and paper supply deliveries, per vendor delivery schedule, placing items in appropriate storage areas, rotating product first-in, first-out (FIFO), dating labeling items, and maintaining overall cleanliness and organization of all storage areas. Responsible for making food deliveries to other areas of campus using company delivery van. Cleaning dishes, pots and pans, equipment and work areas of the main kitchen, Terrace Café, and neighborhood kitchenettes. May assist with preparing, assembling, serving, delivering and/or setting up meals, as needed. Following all HACCP and food handling procedures to ensure proper food safety. Assisting in other areas of the department, as needed. Attending mandatory in-service sessions and departmental meetings. Following all safety and sanitation policies and procedures to include the proper use of all chemicals. Following the position’s job flows outlining job duties and time frames for completion. Maintaining a clean, organized work area.
Education and Experience:
Valid driver’s license required due to making deliveries on campus. Must possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to routinely interact with residents, families, team members and visitors.
