Miller Rd, East Petersburg, PA 17520 Do you love to bake from scratch? Our team is growing and we need you! We are searching for a Baker to join our amazing team! Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make baked goods, such as cookies, bread, cakes, etc. Produce items according to the daily Production Schedule. Follow the recipe and production protocol explicitly, carefully weigh and measure all ingredients as specified, to the gram. Pay close attention to every batch for quality control. Maintain a clean and organized space during production. Follow standard safety practices while handling all products and equipment. Complete and file daily production logs. Assist with taking inventory of ingredients. Coordinate with other team members to create a daily plan and timeline. Always be on the lookout for ways to improve efficiency. Follow all health code regulations and complete Daily Cleaning Checklist.

Requirements and Skills:

Current Food Handler’s / FoodSafe and Respect for Safety and Hygiene Standards (can be completed upon hire). Can physically handle long periods of lean production techniques. Ability to lift at least 50 pounds, multiple times a day. Ability to stand on your feet while working. Two years baking experience is preferred.

Full-time.

Pay:

From $15.00 per hour.

Expected hours:

15-20 hours per week, Monday-Wednesday.

Schedule:

Day shift. Morning shift.
