Bakery staff Village Farmer and Bakery De Water Gap, PA 18327 Job Summary We are gearing up for a busy summer and are looking for qualified candidates that want to be part of our amazing team! We are a high demand, fast paced bakery that is looking for employees that are enthusiastic, self-motivated, possess strong communication skills and want to learn more! We are more than just a bakery. We also offer a full grill menu and soft serve ice cream. Employees will be working in different areas and must be flexible and able to multi-task while providing great customer service. We are a business that operates 365 days a year from 8 AM to 8 PM. Weekends and holidays are mandatory. A successful candidate must have a neat appearance, be punctual, organized and willing to learn! A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills are a must! J Applicant must be a team player that enjoys fast-paced work and interacting with others and possess good communication skills, ability to pay attention to detail, and multi-task. Duties include but not limited to the following:

• Being attentive to our customers and guests while maintaining a friendly attitude
• Handling customer transactions in person and on the phone
• Finishing products and baked goods to sell
• Prepping simple baked goods and pastries as needed
• Prepare guests food orders on a grill (will train)
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment while promoting excellent customer skills

Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time Pay:

$11.00 – $13.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
