As part of a collaborative team, you will work closely with our Head Bread Baker to ensure consistency, efficiency, and creativity, while maintaining an organized, safe, and positive kitchen culture. Key Responsibilities:

Produce, shape, proof, and bake a wide variety of breads to exacting standards Support fermentation, proofing, and baking processes to maximize product quality Monitor dough consistency and finished product for quality assurance Operate and maintain baking equipment (mixers, ovens, proofers, etc.) Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe environment Communicate ingredient and inventory needs to kitchen leadership Collaborate with kitchen & delivery teams to meet daily production goals Contribute ideas for process improvement and recipe innovation Head Baker –

Qualifications:

1+ years of professional bread baking experience , ideally in a high-volume setting Strong understanding of sourdough fermentation and traditional techniques Solid grasp of baking science, dough development, and ingredient functionality Excellent time management, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills Comfortable working early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work efficiently in a team Strong communication skills and a positive, solutions-oriented attitude Head Baker – Why Join Us?
