Required Years of Experience 2 years Job Details Hi, Kismet Bagels is looking for a Head Baker join our Production team! Please note, baking or dough making experience is required. The hours are 10pm-6am, and we expect you to work Tuesday (Mon at 11pm)-Saturday (Fri at 11pm), full time. First and foremost, we’re looking for someone who is excited about working on a large scale production line. This is a fast-paced environment that is constantly growing and evolving and becoming better than we were the day before. We pride ourselves on making delicious and high-quality bagels on a large scale, and want people in our crew who take pride in what they do. Each person plays such an important role in making sure we’re putting out the best food possible!

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Head Baker This person will be in charge of overseeing and leading ALL of our Bagel Dough Production using large scale spiral dough mixers and a bagel making machine. More than anything, this job is about following precise recipes and following procedure to run the dough through our bagel machine line.
