Maintain clean and sanitized area Able to work in fast paced kitchen setting, preferably baking and pastry. able to work in a team, able to take directions well. assist with cleaning at end of production. Assist main baker in loading oven & keeping proof boxes rotated. Attention to detail, to ensure final product is to best quality.
