Virginica Pizza is looking for a skilled and reliable Morning Dough Prep Cook with a passion for preparing consistent and quality dough with at least two prior years of experience to join our kitchen team for the 2025 summer season. Position will be from July 14th until mid October. Housing and staff meals are provided, as well as a share of tips from the day’s shift.

Job duties:

Prepare pizza dough as directed in a sanitary and timely manner Managing dough fermentation, proofing, and storage Ensure quality and speed in food preparation Supporting other prep needs as necessary in the early shift Working closely with the head chef and pizza team to maintain consistency and quality Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes Job type:

Starting at $21.00 + tips
