Baker Lowcountry Fresh Market & cafe 303 Bleecker Street South, Bluffton, SC 29910 Baker – Rise Early. Bake Fresh. Feed the Community. Love the smell of fresh bread in the morning? So do we. Lowcountry Fresh is on the lookout for a skilled and passionate Baker to join our kitchen crew. We’re all about using fresh, local ingredients to create made-from-scratch baked goods that bring joy to our customers—and we’re looking for someone who feels the same. Learn from an experienced pastry chef and bring your own expertise to the work. What You’ll Be Doing:
Baking fresh breads, pastries, cookies, and other goods from scratch Prepping doughs and batters, shaping, proofing, and baking with care Making sure everything looks and tastes amazing (because it matters!) Keeping the bakery clean, organized, and food-safe Using mixers, ovens, and other tools safely and efficiently Preparing custom and catering orders Occasionally interacting with customers or answering product questions Pitching in with ideas—seasonal items, new recipes, better ways to work You’ll Be a
