Baker Little Peanut Bake Shop 2408 Ashley River Road, Charleston, SC 29414 Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Baker to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, particularly in baking and pastry preparation. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating a variety of baked goods, ensuring high-quality standards, and providing excellent customer service. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a crucial role in delivering delicious products that delight our customers. Duties Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to established recipes. Ensure all baked items meet quality standards for taste, appearance, and freshness. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food handling and safety regulations. Work well in a team environment Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their inquiries about baked goods. Experience Previous experience in a bakery or food service environment is preferred. Culinary training or certification in baking or pastry arts is a plus. Familiarity with food handling practices and kitchen safety protocols. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers. A passion for baking and creativity in developing new recipes is highly desirable.
