- 2am-10am but hours can vary depending on the day.
- Weekends are a must.
- We hand roll all of our bagels and this is a labor intensive position. (between this and the early hours it’s not for everyone).
- You must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and work around heat (ovens and burners) for the baking process.
- We are preparing to add non-bagel baked goods as well.
