Must be able to measure, mix, pour, or shape pastries. Must be able to observe proper cooking temperatures and times, and apply proper toppings, glaze or packaging to finished product. Must be able to maintain a sanitary work area during and after work processes are fulfilled. Must have excellent time management skills and be able to work quickly and well under pressure, as well as be reliable and be on time for work. Pay is based on qualification and performance. Must have professional baking experience.
