The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and baking, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating a variety of baked goods, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of taste and presentation. This role requires creativity, precision, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Duties Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods including pastries, cakes, and cookies. Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in flavor and presentation. Measure and mix ingredients according to established standards. Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters safely and effectively. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area in compliance with food safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation for store front and wholesale. Requirements Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role within the food industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations. Ability to work with various kitchen tools including knives and baking equipment. Excellent time management skills to ensure timely production of baked goods. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
