What You’ll Be Doing:
Whipping up a wide variety of classic and modern desserts—cakes, cookies, pies, breads, and beyond Designing visually stunning sweets using icings, toppings, and bold creativity Creating new, buzzworthy treats to keep our menu fresh and exciting Managing baking ingredients inventory and placing orders as needed Keeping your station clean, organized, and up to health & safety standards Guiding, motivating, and mentoring pastry assistants and junior bakers Helping recruit, train, and build a top-tier pastry team
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or similar role Passion for sweets and serious attention to detail Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and presentation A creative spark and love for innovation Leadership skills and a strong work ethic Why Kaminsky’s?
