Job Overview:

We are seeking a Juicer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and juicing fresh cold-pressed juices on a large commercial juicer in a fast-paced environment. Each juicing shift ranges from 8-10+ hours.

Duties:

• Operate juicing equipment to extract fresh juice from fruits and vegetables
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and answering inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the juicing station Create a quality product in a timely fashion Maintain consistency while following recipes Able to pay close attention to detail while following recipes, bottling juices, and dating juices for expiration Able to follow food prep procedures according to Kuka Juice standards Maintain a clean work environment Abide by all health code requirements Adhere to health department codes regarding food sanitation and handling Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.

This position is labor-intensive. Be able to maneuver heavy machinery without supervision Train on other stations to help when needed Learn POS system and maintain quality customer service

Skills:

• Kitchen Experience Preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and processing transactions
• Knowledge of food handling practices in the food industry
