Zest Culinary Services ( formerly known as MMI Dining Systems ) at Bethel College is looking for an experienced baker at our account. The baker is responsible for preparing baked goods according to recipes and production specifications. Looking for self motivated experienced bakers that can create a variety of baked goods efficiently and effectively with daily menu specials. Responsibilities include baking breads, pies, cakes, cookies, and other pastries as necessary per the provided production and catering sheets, assists in production planning to meet daily requirements, ensures proper food preparation by utilizing approved recipes, following prescribed production standards and use of proper equipment.
