Perenn Bakery is Coming to Franklin + Nashville Tennessee! Our Franklin location, situated in the historic Boat House building at 94 E. Main Street, is scheduled to open its doors in mid-May. Our Nashville location, which will be our retail and pastry, bread production kitchen at 2934 Sidco Road Suite 130, Nashville, TN is scheduled in mid-May as well! We are currently making offers to candidates and expecting training to start May 19th! Perks and benefits of working at Perenn Bakery include:
- Hourly rate of $18
- 20/hr + tips (this position is eligible to participate in our company-wide tip pooling program)

- Prepare ingredients by reading recipes and measuring ingredients
- Mix all bread and pastry doughs
- Weigh out breads
- Feed and maintain all starters
- Proof, shape, score and bake all breads, pita, and other products
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Assume additional responsibilities as delegated, contributing to the overall success and operational efficiency of the company About You
- 1 year prior experience working in a bakery
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic math skills
- Culinary/pastry school degree preferred

- Prolonged periods standing and walking
