Responsibilities Oversee the production of baked goods from start to finish. Ensure all bakery inventories are maintained and pars are met each week. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and pastry workstation. Follow food safety and handling guidelines to ensure quality and safety. Including but not limited to cross contamination best practices for GF pastry items. Work with Kitchen Manager to order ingredients needed for bakery production. Create seasonal baked goods to keep menu offerings fresh and on point. Learn and apply various cooking techniques and knife skills under supervision.
