Responsibilities:
- Assisting the cook in back-of-house operations, including making and icing donuts
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Ability to count drawers and balance the money on hand
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
