Our expanding bakery uses high-quality ingredients to make pastry, cakes, ice cream, and artisan loaf breads. We are increasing our space as well as our production and are looking for the right candidates to join our growing team. We currently have a part-time Bread Baker job available.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Bread Baker to join our team. As a Bread Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of delicious baked breads and pastries daily. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring that all products are made to the highest quality standards. If you have a passion for bread baking and enjoy creating mouthwatering sourdoughs, french breads, and more, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

• Prepare and bake a wide range of baked breads.
• Follow recipes and measurements accurately according to Pruett’s recipes to ensure consistent product quality.
• Operate commercial baking equipment such as mixers and ovens
• Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection
• Present baked breads in an appealing manner
• Bake pastry goods and prepare
• Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food production or bread baking is required
• Knowledge of various baking techniques and methods
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and adjust as needed
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
