Your expertise and customer service will contribute to the overall success of our establishment. Responsibilities Prepare by measuring ingredients. Must be able to lift 50lbs. Ensure all food preparation meets health and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area, including proper storage of ingredients. Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage inventory and order supplies as needed. Package baked goods for sale or delivery while ensuring quality presentation. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers about products and taking special orders. Qualifications Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role within the food industry. Strong knowledge of baking techniques. Familiarity with food preparation standards and safety regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers. A passion for baking and creativity in developing new recipes is highly desirable.
