Full Job Description Evening Shift Position Summary:
Our evening shift supports the production of Five Daughters Bakery’s high-quality baked goods. Responsibilities include frying croissant-style doughnuts, baking cookies and pastries, and decorating finished products with glazes, creams, and garnishes. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for learning in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Fry and decorate croissant-style doughnuts Apply glazes, pipe fillings, and garnish with homemade toppings Meet daily production deadlines and shipping times Maintain a clean and organized workstation Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines Collaborate with team members and shift leads
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods Strong desire to learn and improve culinary skills Self-motivated, flexible, and team-oriented Able to follow written and verbal instructions Benefits Company contributions to Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance.
