Shift Overnight Job Summary:
Are you a night owl with a passion for baking and creativity? Do you dream of working in a professional kitchen surrounded by the smell of fresh pastries and donuts? Five Daughters Bakery is looking for motivated, hardworking individuals to join our Overnight Team. In this role, you’ll learn to fry our famous croissant-style donuts, bake an assortment of cookies, paleo donuts, and savory pastries, as well as infuse, glaze, and garnish our treats with handcrafted toppings.

Key Responsibilities:
Fry and prepare croissant-style donuts and other pastries Bake cookies, paleo donuts, and savory items Infuse, glaze, and decorate donuts with house-made toppings Follow recipes and procedures with accuracy Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goal Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstation
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older Ability to work overnight and on your feet for extended periods Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physically demanding tasks Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive team culture Reliability, punctuality, and strong communication skills
