Pastry Chef/Baker Position Available In Chittenden, Vermont

Pastry Chef/Baker Williston coffee shop 400 Cornerstone Drive, Williston, VT 05495 The Williston Coffee Shop is looking for a full time pastry baker. We are GROWING and expanding and need someone reliable and responsible to help us kick ass and make the best pastries in Chittenden County. This is a position that requires someone who can work independently as they spend the first few hours alone cranking out recipes and baking off product while jamming out to whatever tunes they see fit. • arriving at work at 445am
• proofing and baking croissants, muffins, scones, biscuits etc.
• following recipes and procedures to produce all the bakery items.
• keeping track of inventory and creating prep lists for the next 2 days.
• maintaining a clean work space.
• shaping croissants and organizing product for the next days opener.
