Bread Baker Starfire Bakery Wilmington, VT 05363 Overview We are looking for a motivated, reliable bread baker to join our team. This is a hands-on position perfect for someone with prior baking experience. You will be assisting in making various sourdough breads. Helping to prep ingredients & other foods as needed. Responsibilities

• Assist in daily bread production, including scaling, mixing, shaping, proofing & baking.
• Maintain consistent quality and presentation across all products
• Follow established recipes & procedures
• Prep ingredients for other products as needed in the bakery
• Assist in production of some breakfast items
• Maintain a clean, organized & safe working environment Requirements Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role within the food industry.

Strong skills in food preparation Proficiency with kitchen tools including knives and baking equipment. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Comfortable working early morning shifts and standing for long periods of time. What We Offer Consistent schedule Thursday
